TGA can provide all infrastructures necessary for NGN communication in a cloud environment, with the most recent and advanced systems in the market. The well experienced TGA team designs and implements the NGN environment according to the project needs and, if requested, also performs maintenance and support services. If required by the project specifications, all systems can be hosted within TGA’s own structure. The whole environment can be implemented as a full service system or as a specific module, such as:

Transit switch, SBC, IVR, ACD, centrex, virtual PBX, billing, voice biometrics, lawful interception, remote media gateway, worldwide POP integration.

All systems are fully manageable and offer complex reporting functionalities.
